Claims Branch Chief, FEMA/FIMA
Greta Richardson is the Claims Branch Chief at FEMA/FIMA. She has over 25 years of experience managing and/or supporting FEMA programs which includes the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and the Individual Assistance Technical Assistance Contract (IA-TAC). She led the NFIP Bureau and Statistical Agent (BSA) as Project Director and previously served as Claims Manager for a Write Your Own servicing vendor. At the NFIP Direct Servicing Agent (DSA), she managed the field General Adjusters, performed oversight of the NFIP Claims Presentations and established and managed disaster response offices throughout the U.S. Ms. Richardson has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Insurance and holds the Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI) designation.
