Jennifer (“Jenn”) Webb currently serves as Counsel for Federal Government Affairs at the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (the Big “I”) in Washington, D.C. At the Big “I” Jennifer directs the development of policy positions on legislative and regulatory initiatives important to independent insurance agencies, including flood insurance. Previously, Jennifer held roles with the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) in Alexandria, VA and the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) in Washington, D.C.
Jennifer earned her B.A., in political science and political economy, from Tulane University in New Orleans, L.A., having also studied politics and law at the London School of Economics. Jennifer earned her J.D., from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C. Jennifer resides in the historic Eckington neighborhood of Washington, D.C with her husband John and their cat Dame Judi Dench.
